The Editorial Board adheres to the "open access" policy to published materials. Under the "open access" in accordance with the Budapest "Open Access" Initiative (BOAI) the editorial board implies a free access to journal’s content via the public Internet and the right of each user to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search or link to full-text articles, to search the content by robot indexers, enter these articles as data to software or use them for other legitimate purposes in the absence of financial, legal and technical barriers, except those that regulate an access to the Internet. The only restriction on reproduction and distribution and the only condition for copyright in this area should be the author's right to control the integrity of his/her work and the obligatory reference to his/her name when using and quoting the manuscript.
