The authors transfer the rights to publish the article to the journal’s publishing house only on the basis of a non-exclusive license. This means that the authors can transfer the rights to publish the article in other magazines, but only after its first publication in the journal. On the basis of a non-exclusive license, obtained from the author, the publisher uploads all articles on journal’s official web-site on the principle of an open access.

The term ‘Author’ includes all persons (co-authors), who took part in conducting the research and preparation of the articles and are responsible for its content. The license agreement must be signed by all co-authors or one of the co-authors who has received this right from other co-authors by proxy, a copy of which must be provided to the editor. The responsibility for the completeness of the submission of the authorship team and coordination with the co-authors of all changes made to the draft of the manuscript on the results of its review and editing, lies with the person (author) who has submitted the manuscript to the Editorial Board.
